Message: Hi, I grew up in Beth Haven Baptist Church. I attended the school from the time I was 4 until I graduated in 1993. I miss it there and happened to find the site. I am shocked at how much it has changed! And saddened as well. All the standards that my Uncle (John Russell) upheld when I was there seem to be gone. I just can't believe it. What happened to Bro. Russell anyway? I see no mention of him on this site. My Uncle taught me well.. I became a Pastor's wife of a Independent Fundamental Baptist Church. I just can't believe my home church has seemed to go "Southern Baptist" I am truly sad.

Message: I have worked in the daycare for four years and am switching jobs b/c i moved out of the area. I will miss it extremely. I was baptized last oct at beth haven and I hope to start going to grace tabernacle soon. I love you wt, tv, rh. js, jh, ab, mp, ms. I will miss you!!!!

Message: I was saved, baptized and became a member of Beth Haven in the year 1969. My family served the Lord faithfully there for many years. I was a deacon, a bus pastor, and even on the church staff for a few years. I was called into full time ministry while there and have now pastored two churches. One in Frankfort, Ky. for almost ten years and the other one here in North Carolina for more than 5 years.
I just recently learned that there will be no more Beth Haven Baptist Church in the future because it merged with another church. I would hope that what I have heard is not true. There was a time when Beth Haven Baptist Church had the fire of God in its presence. What a shame for this church to end when there are so many lost and unchurched people around it. Shame on the people who made the decision to close its doors if what I'm hearing is true.

Message: I have recently come to find out that there has been an agreement made to engae in merging Beth Haven Baptist and Mt.Calvary Baptist. I have spoken to some who are very happy about this deciscion as i am. I wish only good luck and blessings as this process goes into effect. I also hope to somewhat help this process along myslef as i will be carrying out some responsibilty in the education building this year. See you all later!
